Varsity Heating & Cooling ("Varsity," "we," "us") operates varsityheating.com and the landing pages we run for paid advertising. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our sites or submit a form, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on one of our landing pages, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the HVAC system type you selected, and your preferred arrival window. We also capture the date and time of your submission and the URL of the page you submitted from.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use your information

• To contact you by phone, text, or email about the service you requested.
• To schedule, confirm, and service your appointment.
• To send occasional follow-ups about the quote or work performed.
• For internal record-keeping, tax, licensing, and warranty purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Text message and phone consent

By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by Varsity at the phone number and email you provided, including by SMS text and automated or pre-recorded calls, for purposes related to your service request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. You may also contact us directly to opt out at any time.

Service providers we share data with

• Housecall Pro (scheduling and dispatch)
• GoHighLevel (CRM, text, and email communication)
• Zapier (to move form submissions between the above)
• Cloudflare or similar (static hosting and CDN for this site)

These providers process your information on our behalf and are bound to use it only for the purposes we've instructed.

Advertising, cookies, and analytics

Our landing pages use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and may use other standard advertising pixels. These tools drop cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and report back to Meta (and other ad platforms) so we can measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to people likely to need our services.

You can control or opt out of Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook Ad Preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at the Digital Advertising Alliance or via your browser's "Do Not Track" and cookie-blocking settings.

Data retention

We retain lead and customer records for as long as necessary to operate our business and to meet legal, tax, licensing, and warranty requirements. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Data stored with our service providers (Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Cloudflare) is protected by their standard security controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal and business-record requirements).
• Opt out of marketing texts, calls, and emails.
